Yoav holds a B.A. in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem PPE program (Philosophy, Political Science and Economics), and is currently studying for an M.A. in Economics at Tel Aviv University.

Before joining the IEP, Yoav worked at the Bank of Israel Markets Division.
